FREE shipping is available for bundle purchases.


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Ruby Pineapple partners with a 3rd party fulfillment center in Oklahoma and does not directly control the shipping process. Orders received for products in stock typically ship out within 1-2 business days once the payment has been expedited. Please allow 2-7 business days after that for your package to arrive.


Please allow extra time for your package to arrive during seasonal holidays due to carrier holiday shipping schedules.


HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order is in route, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number so you will be notified every step of the way!


DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?

We currently only ship within the United States. Let us know if you want our products elsewhere!


If a mail carrier loses a package in transit, the customer may reach out to our support team at support@rubypineapple.net to request assistance in shipping the product again. Products that are lost in transit will need to be purchased again. We will contact the package carrier that lost the product to seek out a refund or open a dispute or case.
